About Erin

Erin is born and raised in Thunder Bay Ontario and has been supporting entrepreneurs growing their business for the past 10+ years.  Leading the commercial banking team for The Business Development Bank of Canada since 2012 provided Erin with a vast depth of skills and experience in finance, sales, strategy and networking.  In 2021 Erin became a full-time entrepreneur herself building and leading The Elleiance Network, a full service business networking and consulting firm supporting hundreds of local businesses (mainly women owned) grow wildly successful through connections and resources.  An Executive Board Member with the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce and Thunder Bay Business Women’s Network, Erin loves giving back to her community and building its economic strength through business.

Commercial Real Estate is a natural service extension to be able to continue to serve the local business community with even more depth.  I look forward to continue serving the entrepreneurs in Northwestern Ontario to an even greater extent.  My real estate services will strictly consist of commercial trading in land & building, leases, succession planning and business transition.  I want to be your trusted business partner as you look to strategically sell and acquire assets strengthening your wealth portfolio.
